APSC JAA Eligibility
1. Educational Qualification:
- Academic Qualification:
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science, or Commerce from a recognized university. - Computer Proficiency:
Applicants should have completed a minimum six-month Diploma or Certificate course in computer proficiency from a government-recognized institute. They must demonstrate proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and Internet usage.
Note: The Assam Public Service Commission holds the final authority to determine the eligibility of candidates for the examination.
2. Residency Requirement:
Applicants must be registered with an Employment Exchange in Assam or possess a Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) issued in Assam for educational purposes.

3. Age Limit:
- The candidate must be at least 21 years old and not exceed 40 years of age as of January 1, 2024.
APSC JAA Salary 2025
Salary Structure + Grade Pay + Additional Allowances as applicable to Assam State Government employees, subject to revisions and updates as per government policies (monthly basis).
