IDBI Junior Assistant Manager 2024 Salary
Candidates will initially undergo a 6-month training phase, during which they will receive a monthly stipend of ₹5,000. Following this, they will progress to a 2-month internship period, earning a stipend of ₹15,000 per month. After successfully completing the probationary period, selected candidates will be appointed as Junior Assistant Managers, with a starting compensation package (CTC) ranging from ₹6.14 lakh to ₹6.50 lakh annually for positions in Class A cities.
