- Educational Qualification:
- Principal: Master’s degree with at least 50% marks, B.Ed. or equivalent, and 10 years of teaching experience (as Vice Principal, PGT, or TGT).
- PGT (Subjects like English, Hindi, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Geography, Commerce, Economics, Computer Science): Master’s degree in the relevant subject with 50% marks, B.Ed. (not mandatory for Computer Science).
- TGT (Subjects like Hindi, English, Maths, Science, Social Studies, Computer Science, Regional Languages, Music, Art, Physical Education, Librarian): Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject with 50% marks, B.Ed., and pass in CTET/STET Paper-II.
- Female Staff Nurse: B.Sc. Nursing or Diploma in Nursing with registration.
- Hostel Warden (Male/Female): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Accountant: B.Com or equivalent with accounting experience.
- Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA): 12th pass with typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi.
- Lab Attendant: 10th pass with Science as a subject or lab experience.
- Age Limit (as on 23 October 2025):
- Principal: Up to 50 years
- PGT: Up to 40 years
- TGT: Up to 35 years
- Hostel Warden: Up to 35 years
- Female Staff Nurse: Up to 35 years
- Accountant: Up to 35 years
- JSA: Up to 30 years
- Lab Attendant: Up to 30 years
- Experience: Required for Principal (10 years) and preferred for some senior roles like Accountant. No experience needed for entry-level posts like JSA or Lab Attendant.

Selection Process
The selection for EMRS Recruitment 2025 depends on the post and includes written exams, skill tests, and interviews:
- Principal: Tier-I (OMR-based objective test), Tier-II (descriptive on subject knowledge), Tier-III (interview).
- PGT and TGT: Tier-I (preliminary objective test, qualifying), Tier-II (subject-specific descriptive test for merit).
- Non-Teaching (e.g., Staff Nurse, Accountant): Objective written test + skill/practical test (e.g., typing for JSA).
- Hostel Warden, Lab Attendant: Objective test + document verification.
Shortlisting is based on merit, with a 1:5 ratio for interviews where applicable. The exam will be offline, and final selection considers category-wise cut-offs.
